01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on a9jl, accessing the a9jl platform, or using any product or service offered by a9jl — including live casino, sabong livestreams, sports betting, slots, and bingo — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the a9jl platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the a9jl platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. a9jl reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to the provisions of Section 12 (Amendments).

These Terms apply to all users of the a9jl platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on a9jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. a9jl strictly prohibits access to its gaming services by persons under 21 years old, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of a9jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the a9jl platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the a9jl platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. a9jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your a9jl account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a9jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. a9jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify a9jl immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

a9jl may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your a9jl account at any time by contacting customer support. a9jl reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where required by applicable law or regulation, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

a9jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the a9jl deposit page. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. a9jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. a9jl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes and bank transfers within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

a9jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the a9jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. a9jl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

a9jl offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each offer on the a9jl platform.

• Bonuses are credited to your a9jl account in bonus credit form and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• a9jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• a9jl reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the a9jl platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — live casino, sabong, sports betting, slots, and bingo. These rules are available within each game section of the a9jl platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. a9jl does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, a9jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• a9jl reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were published in error.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all game types and are displayed within the relevant game interface. a9jl reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player account at its sole discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your a9jl account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. Settlement times vary by game type and are subject to the applicable game rules.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the a9jl platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the a9jl platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the a9jl platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to a9jl immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the a9jl platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any a9jl software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a9jl staff or other players.
• Using the a9jl platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from a9jl.

08 Responsible Gaming

a9jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your a9jl account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the a9jl platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the a9jl platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of a9jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the a9jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any a9jl content without prior written permission from a9jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a9jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the a9jl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

a9jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the a9jl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your a9jl account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a9jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a9jl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

11 Privacy & Data

a9jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on a9jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a9jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of account credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and a9jl cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments

a9jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, a9jl will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulation.

Your continued use of the a9jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the a9jl platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.5.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the a9jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
